align=left>Nature’s method of purification is as old as the planet Earth.
Oxygen (02) that comprises 22% of the Earth’s atmosphere
is used to oxidize pollutants and disinfect contaminated materials that are
infested with Fungi (molds) and Bacteria (germs).
Oxygen is found in
normal atmospheric conditions as a diatomic molecule having two atoms of Oxygen
(02) banded together by sharing a pair of electrons in the atoms’ outer
electron shells.<br>Ozone (03) is a triatomic
molecule of Oxygen that is found in the atmosphere and it is created from an

Horticultural Society bulletin (Exhibit 3) referred to

ARANTM was not granted to Nick Trikilis until 1965.
Furthermore,the copyright on ARANTM was not issued by
the Library of Congress until 1965.
Two years after the publication of
Dr. Magie’s horticultural report, Dr. Magie writes to Nick Trikilis describing
additional uses of the ARANAIRTM machines in the
laboratory. In describing how the laboratory must be free of bacteria and
fungi, Dr. Magie used the ARANAIRTM equipment to
sterilize the petri dishes and it did so “as completely as if by steam.

Also testing at the University of Florida, Department of
Agriculture, was Dr. David Kelbert, associate horticulturalist. Dr. Kelbert’s
tests were conducted in storage rooms where tomatoes were kept under
refrigeration. These rooms were heavily contaminated with molds. After using
the ARANAIRTM units for a few days, Dr. Kelbert noticed
the elimination of the molds and discovered ARANTM
ability to slow the ripening process of the tomatoes without any visible or
physical damages to the tomatoes!

Asa C. Thoresen, Assistant Professor of Biology at Emmanuel
Missionary College, Berrien Springs, Michigan, conducted experiments with
ARANAIR using Strawberries as his test subject. Thoresen discovered that
strawberries, when kept under normal refrigeration with
ARANAIRTM Equipment, did not mold for fourteen (14) days
while strawberries kept under refrigeration without
ARANAIRTM units molded within three to four days and

George Vareska, MD, Chief of Anatomical Pathology, Mt Sinai Hospital of
Cleveland, Ohio and later at the Huron Road Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, tested

for several years.
Dr. Varesks’s observations noted
ARANTM ability to kill bacteria is most impressive
since both hemolytic Streptococci and Staphylococci were among the pathogens

Medizone, a publicly traded
corporation, filed and received a patent on the use of Ozone for
decontamination of blood and blood products (Patent # 4,632,980 Dec. 30, 1986).
Their claims of Ozone’s ability to kill Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type I by
Ozone in Vitro (HIV) were published in “BLOOD” Magazine, Vol.78, No.7, (October
1,1991; pp 1882-1890) establishes Ozone as a great disinfectant and sterilizer.

Dr. Gerard V. Sunnen, MD, is a
Director of Science for MEDIZONE INTERNATIONAL, Inc. and has written several
chapters on the uses of Ozone as a potential Medical Treatment for combating
viruses in the human being.
Dr. Sunnen has studied the effects
of Ozone on Hepatitis B & C, HIV, Herpes, Cytomegalus and Ebola. Dr, Sunnen
feels that ozone possesses “pan-virucidal action with special viral
inactivation effectiveness against lipid-enveloped viruses.
Dr. Sunnen has stated that Ozone
offers distinct advantages over other antiviral agents.
It is above all a gas. When a gas
is administered to liquid, an immediate dispersion of the gas occurs, thus
effecting reactions in the entire volume... As concerns the viability of
cellular elements such as red and white blood cells, the oxidizing potential of
ozone may accurately calibrate so that it is fatal to virions, but innocuous to
cells. Cells protect themselves from ordinary oxidative injury by means of
protective enzymes (glutathione, superoxide dismutase, catalase), in contrast

Medica by Dr. S. Pribluda, Supt. Hospital Salaberry, Buenos Aires, Argentina,
“Ozone for Aerobes and Anaerobes,” best describes the beneficial effects using
Ozone as a purifier and sterilizer:
“For nine years I have utilized
Ozone Therapy with truly remarkable results and on numerous occasion I have
published the practical results of personal experiences and those of others.
Today I wish to return to evaluate all the reference material related to Ozone
Therapy, stimulated by the presence in our medical centers of the marvelous
drug, penicillin.
What is Ozone? Ozone is a gas with bactericidal
properties. Bactericidal Action: it is effective against aerobes and anaerobes.
Those which have the least resistance to the effects are pneumococcus,
hemolyticus, staphylococcus, coli and Diphtheria. In general, one ozonation of
a few minutes in sufficient to sterilize a culture of aerobes; 15 or more
anaerobes. Subtilis and Streptococcus virdans, as well as spore forming
anaerobes are more resistant.
THE ACTION OF OZONE
IS ON THE BACTERIA, THEIR TOXINS and THEIR NUTRITION PRODUCTS

The
sterilization action of Ozone does not depend on the number of germs, but
rather on the medium of cultivation, on their vitality, the concentration of
Ozone and the duration of application.

Dr.A.Vosmaer, Ph.D., Electrical
and Chemical Engineer, London, England states:
“Ozone owes its fame to the
remarkable power of killing bacteria. That is why the world should look upon
Ozone as a boon to humanity. No matter how many bacteria there may be Ozone
will take care of them and destroy any amount of any kind. The trouble is that
one soon gets used to bad air, and bad odors are not apt to be noticed after
awhile; but the fact remains that pure air is more wholesome than contaminated
air. In our regular daily life, it is almost an impossibility to provide fresh
air. No amount of ventilation, not even an unbearable draft, will be capable of
keeping a room or a place in good condition, unless one takes recourse in
ventilating with ozonized air. Removal of bad odors by means of air flushing is
an absolute impossibility, and yet they should be removed. That is where Ozone
comes in. The method of purifying air by Ozone has the advantage of being fully
reliable. Very efficient and inexpensive.

On June 26, 2001, the Federal
Register, Volume 66, No. 123, RULES and REGULATIONS, listed Ozone as a
secondary direct food additive. The Department of Health and Human Services,
Food and Drug Administration, (21 CFR Part 173 [Docket No. OOF-1
482])
ACTION:Final Rule:
“Summary: The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for
the safe use of Ozone in gaseous and aqueous phases as an antimicrobial agent
on food, including meat and poultry.” (Exhibit 10)
In the early fifties and sixties, ARANAIRTM
Corporation had sold many major super market chain food stores
ARANAIRTM equipment to kill Salmonella, E-Coli and
Listeria in their meat processing rooms. The United States Department of
Agriculture (USDA) forced those stores to discontinue the use of that equipment
because the USDA said that the equipment masked the odor of the meats and the
USDA agents could not smell tainted meats (Exhibit 11).

equipment killed the bacteria and molds that caused the meat to spoil and
smell!
‘The Japanese have been using
Ozone to kill bacteria and mold in refrigeration for several years. The United
States has previously rejected the use of Ozone in the food industry because the
FDA and EPA have refused to look at the merits of the use of Ozone until
recently. The granting of Ozone as a “Generally Regarded As Safe” (GRAS) status
now offers a product to the food industry that
ARANAIRTM Corporation had offered in the fifties and
sixties.
Since viruses are generally many
times smaller than bacteria and since viruses are composed of crystals that
multiply only within a host cell, many methods find it difficult to destroy
them.
Ozone and higher oxygen polymers
such as ARANTM destroy viruses by diffusing through the
protein coat of the viruses and enter the viruses’ nucleic acid core and
oxidize the viral RNA of the viruses.
ARANTM
ALLOTROPIC OXYGEN MOLECULES
In 1943 Herman W.
Schuette received patent #2,308,111 for his Octozone Generator. His primary
purpose for the use of his patent was in the field of medical therapy. By using
cylinder Oxygen with his Octozone Generator, he could obtain Oxygen molecules
of 04, 06 and
08.
Throughout his patent Schuette
makes references to reports stating that Octozone had successfully been used
for chronic rheumatism, neuralgic sciatica, neuritic sciatica, varicose ulcer,
diabetic gangrene and
ANTHRAX
.
Schuette also cites Malleterre as to reporting
successful treatment of albuminuria, ankylosis, sciatica, prostatitis,
gonorrhea, varicose ulcer and ANTHRAX
using
Octozone.
Schuette attributes the ability of
Octozone to release nascent oxygen (0) from its multiple oxygen molecule
(08 to 07
07 to O6
etc,) and the nascent
oxygen’s ability to defuse rapidly in tissue.
Schuette states:
“has led to the application of Octozone in all fields
of pathology requiring the action of a highly labile
bactericide.”

Since the destruction of Anthrax
is foremost on the minds of millions of Americans today, the potential uses of
ARANTM as an alternative to ‘acceptable” methods
considered today is the primary importance of this report.
Presently,
ARANTM AQUA POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEMS
(ARANTM AQUA)
has not obtained any financing, outside
monies or grants to further the investigation of
ARANTM ability to destroy the pathogens threatening
the United States today.
Over the past five
years, ARANTM AQUA has developed a more powerful
ARANTM-Generation that is called the CoronaTMTronTM
generator that is presently a Trade Secret of the company.
Our government is considering the use of Chlorine Dioxide gas and
Formaldehyde as methods of decontaminating the buildings infested with the
Anthrax Spores.
This is not only dangerous and
costly, but does not allow for the recontamination potential that exists after
the Chlorine Dioxide gas and Formaldehyde have been removed from those
buildings. If the Anthrax
were reintroduced into
those buildings previously decontaminated, the process would have to be done
over again!
The use of concentrated amounts of ARANTM
generated by the new “Corona-TronTM
Generator will do a better and more effective destruction of the ANTHRAX
SPORES while continuing to protect individuals working in the environment
enjoying the protection of an adequate amount of ARANTM
still present in their work areas.
The cost associated with the
ARANTM applications are far less expensive than
any present methods being considered by the government today.
The
fact that very little destruction to existing furniture, papers, equipment,
electrical wiring and any other articles left in the buildings while
ARANTM is working is a big plus for the use of
ARANTM as a decontaminant.
ARANTM
AND NEGATIVE IONS
There is another benefit that is
produced as a by product of ARANTM generation in the
Negative Ion effect.
Tests have been conducted by
several responsible doctors and researchers establishes a definite improvement
of Serotonin production in the brain when negative ions are
present.
Negative ions are molecules
obtaining addition electrons in the molecule’s shell configuration giving that
molecule a negative charge.
ARANTM is
created by the dense electron plasma in the ARANTM
generator without any heat from electrode sparking. A molecule of
ARANTM>/SUP> may contain two or more additional electrons per
atom in the net accumulation of the atoms comprising the ARAN>TM
molecule.
For example, if Ozone is created
by Ultraviolet light, the 03 may only have 24 electrons
in the Ozone’s electron configuration. (each atom of Oxygen (0) contains 8
electrons so that 03 will have 3 x 8 or 24 electrons in
the shells binding the molecule together). When 03 combines with a substance
reducing the 03 to 02 + 0
(nascent Oxygen), the 0 will transfer its negative charge to that substance it
has oxidized.
When an ARANTM molecule such as
010 is created, it will continue to reduce its molecular
structure going to 09, then 08,
07, 06 etc. continuously
combining with germs and bacteria destroying them while giving the remaining
molecular ash a negative charge. These airborne particles will attach to
surfaces that are positively charges and attached to the
Earth.
Particles (germs, mold spores,
bacteria spores, pollen, dust, etc.) float as they are positively charges
particles. These positively charged particles actually attract the negatively
charged ARANTM molecules so that immediate oxidation
takes place. It is as if the ARANTM molecules are
seeking airborne contaminates to destroy them! Positive ions disrupt the
Serotonin levels of the brain and can cause mild depression and
fatigue.
Serotonin is a neuro-hormone
produced by the brain when the body is tired, fatigued and slightly depressed.
It will cause a person to become less active more tired and increase mild
depressions. By reducing the positive ions in the air, the body feels less

It would be like dropping a dime (approximate diameter
1/2 inch) through a hole that is 83 million billion miles in
diameter!
When ARANTM clusters in a 10
atom molecule (010), it is so tiny that if found on any
surface the size of the head of a pin with tiny pockets on it, it would
resemble craters on our Moon having a speck of sand within
it!
One must envision that bacteria and fungi are cells
that are constructed from molecules of our basic elements. They are incased in
a cell membrane that is made up of elements. These “basic” elements are easily
susceptible to oxidation (easily combine with oxygen exchanging electrons under
certain circumstances).
When the membrane is oxidized, the organism
dies. The use of Oxidation, Nature’s method of purification
utilizes an element that is our most importance substance for sustaining life
here on Earth: OXYGEN!
During oxidation, most organic and inorganic compound
that are unstable, will combine with Oxygen. Their physical and chemical
condition will be changed.
In 1941, Clark Thorp, acting Chairman, Department of
Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Armour Research Foundation of Illinois
Institute of Technology, Chicago, discovered that Ozone
(03) produced in Ozonators that also produced Oxides of
Nitrogen (NOx) was toxic to human beings.
“According to Thorp’s research paper, Von Kupffer and
Czaplewski called attention to the harmful effects of Nitrogen Oxides in
Ozone as early as 1913. In spite of these and several other references,
no direct study of the influence of Nitrogen Oxides on the toxicity of ozone
was published until
1941.
At that time, Thorp published a paper pointing out the
possible cause of discrepancy between investigators of the toxicity of Ozone.
The data in his report showed how the source of ozone would influence the
toxicity of ozone. One of the points brought out in Thorp’s paper was that,
although ozone free of nitrogen oxides was non-toxic in concentrations of 20
parts per million, and the toxic limit for nitrogen oxides alone was 20 parts
per million, the toxic limit for ozone containing nitrogen oxides was more
toxic than nitrogen oxides alone.”

“Confirmation was made in 1942 by Hill, a physician
specializing in industrial hygiene. In 1921, Hill and Aeberly published a
series of articles reporting on tests concerning the effects of ozone,
chemically, physically, and physiologically. As a result of these tests a toxic
limit for ozone was established at 1 .0 part per million. It was also stated
that 20 parts per million with an exposure of two hours might prove fatal to
human beings.”
‘After noting the work of Thorp previously mentioned,
Hill, realizing that oxides of nitrogen had been present in his previous test,
decided to rerun the test on an identical basis to determine if pure ozone had
higher toxic limits.
These later tests showed that pure ozone was
definitely non-toxic in goncentrations as high as 50 parts per million. As a
final result of his work Hill states:
pure ozone is not poisonous in any sense of the word
as it breaks down in contact with the mucous membrane and only oxygen remains.
For this reason there are no cumulative effects and pure ozone may be breathed
for long periods of time without harm provided, of course, that immediate
irritation of strong concentrations is avoided.”

“Aubourg reports that ozone, by its oxidizing energy,
is bactericidal and non-toxic. He claims it is a healing agent of great value,
as it has no corrosive action on tissues, and, that when given internally, it
leaves an excess of oxygen in the blood. It was used locally on wounds,
fistulas and post-traumatic suppurations. Of 150 surgical cases thus treated,
80% healed, 10% improved, and 10% were failures.”
“The work of Aubourg is interesting from the
standpoint that he used ozone made from Oxygen and found the ozone had no
corrosive action on tissue.
Although Aubourg used concentrations of ozone
generally considered irritating to tissue, the rapid decomposition of ozone to
oxygen probably reduced its concentration to an acceptable level.” (Exhibit

It is interesting to note that the EPA makes no
references to the Clark Thorp Report in their studies on the Toxicity of Ozone
nor is there any reference to the “Toxicity of Ozone” A Report and Bibliography
report which was made possible by a government agency identified as: United States
Navy, Bureau of Ships through subcontracts with Air Reduction Sales Company.

ARANTM AND CHEMICAL
OXIDATION
ARANTM is capable of
oxidizing about 98% of all inorganic compounds aid 99% of all organic compounds.
Those that ARANTM cannot oxidize are rare and not too often found in day-to-day
living.
Using formaldehyde as an example
of oxidation with Ozone (03) as the oxidizing agent, the
following information illustrates the process as explained by Professor George
M. Sleichter for Professor Charles 0. Dhonau, President, Cincinnati College of
Embalming:
“Methyl Alcohol readily undergoes
oxidation to form some very important products, the nature of which depends
upon the completeness of the oxidation. When methyl alcohol is oxidized mildly,
formaldehyde is formed according to the following:

commercial manufacture of formaldehyde and is carried out by passing the
alcohol vapors over hot copper gauze in presence of atmospheric
oxygen.

Accordingly to Professor
Sleichters description of the process it would be highly desirable to include
an efficient ozonation device in every preparation room. This would accomplish
two things:
1. It
would destroy the fumes of formaldehyde, the end products being Carbon Dioxide
(C02), Water (H20) and molecular
oxygen (02).
It
would also destroy the offensive odors of putrefaction by making the oxidative
processes more complete.
Both of these results are favorable toward better

The ability to oxidize additional
chemicals requires testing however it is likely that many of the following
chemicals can be easily removed with ARANTM
PCBs, RDX, THF, Humic Acid,
Methylene Chlorides, PCE, TCE,
Pentachlorophenol, Dioxin.
WHAT ARE THE
DANGERS
ASSOCIATED WITH
ARANTM AND
EXPLOSIVE GASES WITHIN A
BUILDING OR ENCLOSED
LOCATION?
Most people have the misconception that our
process adds Oxygen to an existing facility. Nothing can be further from the
truth.
Our system takes ordinary Oxygen
(02) and converts it through its
ARANTM generator into the higher allotropic forms of
Oxygen such as 04, 05,
06, 07,
08, 090xetc. without adding
Oxides of Nitrogen (N0x) to the mixture.
It is generally the very oxygen in the room that is
used to make this process occur.
Whenever there are more
contaminates in a room than Oxygen, our process will use ordinary air from
outside the room for the conversion to ARANTM In this manner, the
ARANTM generators are not contaminated by the pollution it
is trying to remove.
Whenever there is a possibility
that an electrical malfunction might occur, our units are protected from any
explosive factor as the generators are not ‘hot spark” devices. Ozone equipment
may not utilize this type of action when ozone may be employed in this manner
in its generation.
Ionizers and basic Ozone machines
may give relief in their limited ways, but Ozone produced from Ultraviolet
light cannot be as effective as Ozone that may result from
ARANTM degrading itself to the 03
level.
An Ozone molecule will contain 24
electrons binding the 3 atoms of Oxygen together if produced by ultraviolet
light. An Ozone molecule from a degrading
ARANTM molecule may contain 30
or more electrons since it was produced from high-density electron plasma. This
‘extra energy” bonding the three atoms together has greater ability to oxidize
since energy released in its oxidation phase accelerates the chemical process.
This extra energy is vital in killing bacteria, viruses and mold by breaking
the cells’ molecular structures.
When ARANTM
is used in a room containing volatile chemicals, the oxidation on a molecular
level removes those chemicals most likely to explode when a spark or flame is
introduced. ARANTM actually reduces the chances of
explosions when ARANTM is introduced into an area that
is potentially explosive by its contents.

Today, there are several ozone
companies selling miniature ozone machines capable of delivering from 100 mg/hr
to 5,000 mg/hr for home and personal use.
The effectiveness of the equipment
is questionable since pollution is subjective. The environment dictates the
amount of ozone required to remove the pollution in that environment. With the
stigma associated with ozone, the public is intimidated by the EPA’s warnings
that all Ozone is bad for the consumer.
Yet the EPA is the biggest
competitor of the Ozone Industry. When industries can purchase Pollution
Credits from the EPA in order to remain in business while polluting the
environment, Ozone purification is discouraged because the EPA has classified

advanced in areas outside of Oxygen and has been accepted by the scientific
community.
Carbon, a very common element, can
be found as graphite, lampblack, charcoal and a diamond. Recently, according to
Scientific America, researchers have discovered allotropes of Carbon (C) that
are as high a 400!
